• All salvaged parts are thoroughly inspected and qualified using advanced inspection methods; including hard gauging and the use of magnaflux to inspect parts for stress points and cracks.
• Ring and pinion gears on all World Axle remanufactured carriers are always replaced with new gears. These new gears are manufactured as matched sets and lapped to improve performance.
• Seals and bearings are always replaced with the most up to date new production designs.
• Every remanufactured carrier is tested on a loaded dynamometer to check for proper ratio, noise levels, gear tooth contact patterns and gearing run out.
