Located in Florence, Ky., ArvinMeritor's headquarters for the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business provides genuine original equipment-quality parts as well as aftermarket-quality parts, all backed by best-in-class service, training and support. The CVA product portfolio includes foundation air and hydraulic brakes, air system components, drivelines, suspensions, axles, clutches, tire inflation systems and other truck-related parts and components, including brands such as Meritor®, Meritor WABCO, Gabriel® and Euclid with a variety of all-makes products.

ArvinMeritor's CVA also offers a series of training programs, which provide a wide range of product information to customers. From hands-on technical training, relating to our complete line of drivetrain replacement components, to on-site training in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanics.

Distributing Globally
CVA serves the Canadian heavy vehicle industry with a 120,000 square foot distribution facility centrally located in Brampton, Ontario (a suburb of Toronto). The severe demands of the Canadian terrain require aftermarket components designed with heavy-duty integrity. The Brampton facility is prepared to supply a wide range of rugged-built drivetrain components for a variety of applications, including linehaul, construction, mining, and logging.

Over 15 years ago, ArvinMeritor established a joint venture with Quimmco in Mexico and named the venture DIRONA. In November 2002, ArvinMeritor restructured the joint venture with Quimmco. ArvinMeritor assumed primary engineering, marketing and sales leadership in the Mexican market for the OE and aftermarket channels and is now called ArvinMeritor CVS de México, S.A. de C.V. The Aftermarket customers in Mexico are serviced through a main distribution center in Monterrey, Mexico. The facility supplies the distributors’ and dealers’ with a variety of components including: Front axles, brakes, trailer axles, hypoid gearing and housings and assembles non-drive front steer, single drive, single two-speed and tandem drive axles and cam brakes. Products are sold under several brands including Meritor®, Dirona, Sudisa, and Meritor WABCO.

European Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket customers are serviced through the headquarters facility located in Zurich, Switzerland. Established in October 2000, the facility distributes brands to over 2,000 customers (both OE and independent distributors): ROR, Rockwell, and Meritor®. Warehouses are located in The Netherlands and Wrexham, Wales. A remanufacturing facility is located in Maudslay, England.

South American customers are serviced through the Sao Paulo, Brazil warehouse. Distributors and dealers serve as the main customers of the facility, with products such as front and rear axle parts, hub and drums, brake systems parts, bearings and front axle bushings kits supplied for trucks, buses, trailers and off-highway equipment.

Current trade customers with an authorized user ID and password can access XpresswayPlus.com to place and check status of product orders. On the Web site, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and warehouse distributors (WDs) can obtain price and availability, place orders, check order status, print invoices (if product has shipped), track shipments, and learn about new products.

Anyone can use the Web site to view the complete, up-to-date online parts catalog, featuring a full array of commercial and light vehicle components. The catalog section of XpresswayPlus.com can be accessed without a user ID or password. This section features product information and art for more than 100,000 aftermarket products.
